Drew Frahm, Executive Vice President at Millenium Management Corporation has been in the hospitality business for over 15 years. His experience working for attractions, restaurants and tour operators providing receptive services, has given him the knowledge and expertise to oversee day to day operations as well as guest services at Vista Cay. Drew has also been an active licensed Realtor for over 10 years and is extensively involved within the Vista community. This experience has allowed Drew and Millenium Management to deliver well above average returns for hundreds of investors and home owners with a real estate interest in Vista Cay. Drew is also heavily involved with the retail marketing efforts and has played an integral part in establishing Millenium;s exclusive relationships with Expedia, TripAdvisor and other international travel brands.

Experienced Hotel and Travel Industry professional with over 25 years of Sales & Marketing hands on involvement with Airlines, CVB’s Tourism Organizations, incentive Travel Planning and Hotels/Resorts, nationally and internationally. Solid reputable established customer network and partnerships with the market place key producers, including International & National Tour Operators, On Line Travel companies and other related travel organizations. Maurice joined Millenium Management in 2007 to assist in the expansion and growth of Millenium Management in the International and National markets positioning the company as a recognized key player in these markets; Millenium Management has been recognized for the past few years and today as a top performer by companies such as Expedia, TripAdvisor and TUI/Thomson Holidays. Extensive experiencing in new openings, re-positioning hotels/resorts. Maurice brings extensive experience with top brands such as: Hilton, Doubletree, Intercontinental Hotels & Resorts, and Bristol Hotels & Resorts. He is an active member of reputable international organizations such as Skal International, HSMAI, TIA and others.

Bonnie Brownell, CMP is a seasoned veteran of the hospitality industry with over 25 years of experience as a meeting professional. She has held Directors positions at two local Convention & Visitors Bureaus as well as Valencia Community College, The Orlando Marriott and Church Street Station. She has served as President of the Orlando Chapter of Meeting Professionals International (MPI), Chair of the Network for the Needy Committee for the Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA) and has served on the local board of Second Harvest Food Bank. Bonnie is particularly proud to be the recipient of the Most Valued Industry Partner for 2006 from the Hyland Group having been selected from over 250 Hyland partners representing destinations, hotels and venues throughout the US and Canada.

Resort General Manager

Nestor Olazar, General Manager has spent 19 of his 20 years in hospitality in management with 5 companies. His experience includes that of Corporate Trouble Shooter working with CMP Hospitality on stressed properties as well as General Manager of various hotels including Days Inn, Holiday Inn and Marriott. Each of these properties has given Nestor knowledge and insight into the operation of small hotels, resorts and convention hotels.

Director of Maintenance

Peter J. Chapin, Director of Maintenance joined Millenium Management in 2012 with over 15 years in the hospitality industry working for "Wyndham Hotels and Resorts" and "Best Western Hotels and Resorts".

In addition to his hotel and property maintenance experience, Peter also worked at "Disney : Animal Kingdom" and "Progress Energy" through "Honeywell". Prior to moving to Florida, Peter was a warehouse and maintenance assistant manager for "Keystone Industries" in New Jersey. With certification in OSHA, computer networking, Dale Carnegie training, many forms of hazmat training and management training programs, Peter brings a wealth of experience to Vista Cay by Millenium.
