ON-SITE service team available 24/7, year round: Millenium’s entire operation including housekeeping, engineering, marketing, accounting and administration is all located on-site at Vista Cay and available to help for guest issues is just a phone call away.

Internal Housekeeping Staff: Millenium uses its own highly trained housekeeping staff for its daily cleaning operation. Having our own cleaners gives us the advantage of having them trained our way and making sure they are trustworthy and doing the best possible job to meet Millenium’s high cleaning standards.

Experienced Engineers: Our engineering team has over 50 years of combined Maintenance experience. There is no problem they cannot diagnose and fix unless a licensed professional is required. Extensive preventative Maintenance schedule provided to make sure units are maintained in peak condition.

ON-SITE Check-in desk: Operated out of the main clubhouse Millenium is the only management company to be able to check-in guests at the resort and service them 24/7-365. With Millenium managing your vacation rental property, the guest will never feel like they are on their own with no one there to assist them.

Owner Services: Our Owner Services staff is committed to ensuring that all aspects of managing your vacation rental property are handled in a timely and professional manner. Our staff will coordinate and communicate with you regarding any furniture upgrades or replacements that may be necessary as well as any other operational items regarding your vacation condo.
